For the 2023-24 audition:
Requirements for Audition
- All students will perform from the scale sheet - 1 major scale and the chromatic scale (scales DO NOT have to be memorized)
- All students will perform both sections on the etude sheet (7th Grade - SWOBDA Etude B, Junior and High School - Set A)
- All students will sight-read as part of their audition
- 7th Grade Percussion will play etude #1 on snare and etude #2 on mallets
- Junior High and High School Percussion will play the snare, mallet, and timpani etudes. Percussion scales will be performed on mallets and sight-reading on the snare drum.
At the bottom of this page is the Scholarship Application. Please pass it on to any senior that will be participating in a college band program next fall.
