2025-26 Shortgrass Honor Band Clinic

The 2025-26 Shortgrass Honor Band Clinic will still take place at Elk City High School on Jan 9th - 10th. The Shortgrass Honor Band concerts will be in the afternoon of the 11th at the Elk City Pioneer Center.

JH Concert Band – Elk City HS Band Room

7th Grade Band – Elk City HS Choir Room

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Friday, January 9th

9:00am-9:30am – Seating/Instructions/Announcements/Welcome

9:30am-12:00pm - Rehearsal

1:30pm-4:30pm - Rehearsal

*There will be a Shortgrass Directors meeting at 1:45pm located at the Hospitality Room

located below the lobby of the Pioneer Center Lobby.

Saturday, January 10th

8:00am-8:30am – Seating, Instructions/Announcements

8:30am - 12:00pm – Rehearsal

12:00pm – 1:30pm - Lunch

*All breaks will be given at the discretion of the conductor for the entire clinic.

CONCERT SCHEDULE

Saturday, January 10th

Warm up is 30 minutes prior to performance. 7th Grade will warm up on stage and JH/HS Bands

will be in the Elk City High School Band Room. All concerts are on stage in the Pioneer Center

2:00 PM – 7th Grade Concert Band

2:30 PM – Junior High Concert Band

3:00 PM – High School Concert Band
