We are excited to host you all for Shortgrass Honor Band auditions this Saturday at Tuttle Middle School.

1. Most importantly, please let me know if there is someone else from your school who can judge or be a monitor ASAP. We will need everyone on this list (AND MORE) to make auditions go smoothly on Saturday. We will have a monitors meeting at 8:30 AM in the TMS band room, and then a judges/directors meeting at 9:00 AM following that in the band room.

2. Our Band Boosters are preparing a full spread of concessions (pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs, baked potatoes, breakfast burritos, walking tacos, and more!) for judges and students this Saturday. Please encourage your kiddos to eat from our concessions stand!

4. If you are judge this Saturday, please bring a stapler
5. ACT test takers must get to TMS as soon as they can after their test. They must audition by 1:30 this Saturday.
6. PERCUSSION CHAIRS - It would be most helpful if you can assign percussion parts to each percussion chair BEFORE Saturday. You may need to contact your band chair person before Saturday to do this.
